STEADY STRENGTH

Perfect for those seeking a challenging practice that moves with intention, this class focuses on building endurance, flexibility, and mindfulness through a deliberate, steady pace. This class is ideal for yogis who appreciate the meditative aspect of yoga while still desiring a workout that tests their limits. Whether you’re looking to refine your practice or push past your comfort zone, Steady Strength provides the perfect environment to do so.

CLASSICAL yOGA

A a flowing 75 minute practice, based on the Ashtanga lineage, emphasizing focus, alignment and stabilization. Participants should have some level of yoga experience, as this class is not ideal for beginners. Props and modifications will be offered to foster an inclusive atmosphere. You will work hard, sweat a lot and feel great!

A chair-supported flow practice that will build balance, confidence, stamina, and inner calm. Fine-tune each pose and challenge your effort to stay in asanas while maintaining your body's optimal alignment with props.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt will get your heart pumping and the breath flowing with strength-building circuits and flows to elevate your heart rate. Elements like resistance bands, dumbbells and block work are incorporated as options to enhance the challenge.

Yin yoga is a slower-paced class that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, bringing the body into balance and increasing its natural range of motion. 

vinyin

The best of both worlds. The beginning of class is rooted in vinyasa flow, in a dynamic sequence that quenches the body's thirst for movement and shakes loose disruptive mind chatter. The second half of class transitions to a yin practice, where postures are held longer, often supported by props, to target deep stretching and release of fascia.

Not at all! Our Free Yoga Weekend is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Our instructors will guide you through each class with modifications to suit your needs.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you don’t have a mat, we have a few available to borrow—just let us know in advance!

Absolutely! Yoga is even more enjoyable with friends. Feel free to invite a loved one—just make sure they reserve their spot in advance, as space is limited.

We’ll have a mix of gentle, beginner-friendly classes, as well as more dynamic flows for those looking for a challenge. You can view the full class schedule and descriptions when signing up.

We highly recommend reserving your spot in advance to guarantee space in the classes you want to attend. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but signing up ahead of time ensures you won’t miss out! Reserve your free classes here:
