STEADY STRENGTH

Inspired by Forrest Yoga, Steady Strength is a slow, powerful practice that emphasizes breath, core connection, and deep, intentional movement. We build strength in a way you can feel—steady, grounded, and fully present in your body. Expect a supportive space where every shape can be adapted, making this class both challenging and accessible. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and deeply connected.

CLASSICAL yOGA

This flowing class is rooted in the Ashtanga lineage and emphasizes focus, alignment, and steady stabilization. You’ll move with intention, linking breath and movement in a supportive, structured sequence. Props and modifications are always offered to make the practice accessible and inclusive. Expect to build strength, feel challenged, and leave feeling grounded and accomplished.

A full-body, low-impact workout that blends light intensity with Pilates-inspired strength work and deep, feel-good yoga stretches. Expect heart-pumping circuits designed to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and keep your breath flowing. Options like resistance bands, dumbbells, and blocks are always available to level things up—or down—so you can move at your own pace. It’s the perfect balance of challenge and release, no experience needed.

mat pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on breath, control, and mindful movement—no machines needed. With consistent practice, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and develop balance and coordination throughout your whole body. Emphasizing alignment, core connection, and breath, this class is a welcoming complement to any fitness or yoga practice, helping you feel stronger, steadier, and more in tune with your body.

gentle yoga & sound bath

Ground your body and mind with intention and mindful breathing, designed to soothe the nervous system. Move through restorative, supportive poses—with props and optional hands-on assists—to release tension and invite ease. Finish with a calming crystal bowl sound bath and extended savasana, leaving you deeply relaxed, balanced, and replenished.

DEFINE - BEGINNER FRIENDLY 

ELEVATE

The deep dive. Elevate is designed for practitioners ready to take their practice to the next level. Currently offered in a 90-minute format, these classes are for students committed to immersing themselves in yoga beyond just the poses. Expect a fuller experience that may include advanced asana exploration, breath practices, philosophy, meditation, and the space to truly settle into the work. Inspired by Forrest Yoga.

Our foundation. Define is ideal for newer practitioners, those returning after a long break, anyone working with an injury, prenatal students, or anyone seeking a more therapeutic and supportive practice. These classes emphasize strong fundamentals, thoughtful pacing, alignment, mobility, and confidence-building in a welcoming environment. Inspired by Forrest Yoga,.

INTEGRATE

The bridge. Integrate builds on the concepts introduced in Define by turning up the intensity while maintaining intelligent, accessible instruction. Expect opportunities to deepen postures, explore more intricate breathwork, build strength and stamina, and expand your practice with greater variety and challenge. Inspired by Forrest Yoga.

CLASSICAL YOGA

The practice path. Classical Yoga builds on the foundations introduced in Fundamentals and offers a more complete, flowing experience rooted in traditional methodology. Students refine familiar shapes, strengthen breath awareness, improve stamina, and deepen concentration while exploring the discipline and steadiness that define a sustainable yoga practice.

These classes are appropriate for a wide range of students and offer room to grow over time through repetition, refinement, and consistency.

BABY & ME PILATES

Move, connect, and build community in this supportive class designed for caregivers and their little ones. Baby & Me Pilates focuses on gentle core strengthening, posture support, mobility, and full-body movement to help you feel stronger and more balanced through the early parenting season.

Little ones are welcome to stay alongside you, be held, fed, soothed, or simply take it all in as you practice. Expect a warm, flexible environment where showing up matters more than perfection.

CLASSICAL YOGA FUNDAMENTALS

The starting point. Fundamentals of Classical Yoga is ideal for newer students, those returning after time away, anyone wanting to build confidence, or practitioners seeking a slower and more educational experience. These classes break down essential postures, breathing techniques, transitions, and foundational concepts of Ashtanga yoga in an approachable way.

Expect clear instruction, thoughtful pacing, and the opportunity to understand not just what we do, but why we do it.

Not at all! Our Free Yoga Weekend is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Our instructors will guide you through each class with modifications to suit your needs.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you don’t have a mat, we have a few available to borrow—just let us know in advance!

Absolutely! Yoga is even more enjoyable with friends. Feel free to invite a loved one—just make sure they reserve their spot in advance, as space is limited.

We’ll have a mix of gentle, beginner-friendly classes, as well as more dynamic flows for those looking for a challenge. You can view the full class schedule and descriptions when signing up.
