Adriane is a profound believer that the practice of yoga allows us to arrive authentically in our lives and live in the present moment. Adriane graduated from the Blue Lotus 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 and completed a 300-hour advanced teacher training with Good Ground Yoga in 2025. She has completed additional training in sequencing with Jason Crandell and Yin Yoga through YogaRenew. Lex began her asana practice of yoga around 40 years ago, using it as a complement to her outdoor pursuits, such as mountaineering. She then became a serious student of Ashtanga yoga in Telluride, Colorado in the early 1990s to compliment her high altitude climbing. Lex eventually returned to the East Coast, and found a lifetime teacher in Beryl Bender Birch, author, teacher and founder Hard and Soft Ashtanga Yoga Institute in NYC. Lex is an E-800 hour level instructor with the Hard and The Soft Yoga Institute; registered with the National Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She teaches about all 8 Limbs in Yoga, with a traditional Asana style practice.

Amanda fell in love with yoga about a decade ago when a teacher took the time to show her modifications and progressions during practice, which really showed her that yoga is available to everyone. She is a recent 200hr YTT graduate with a love for vinyasa practice. Amanda enjoys crafting creative sequences, along with discovering the physical and emotional benefits of each asana. Her favorite pose is vrksasana (Tree Pose) because each participant has the opportunity to grow and express it however they’d like. She believes that each person’s “tree” can tell them a lot about themselves.
